2. Landing for aircraft that are not based at Växjö airport is only permitted landing during the airport's opening hours and then no PPR is required. The opening hours can be found in NOTAM.
LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
1. ATC clearance will be delivered on request prior to
start-up. Transponder code will be communicated during taxi.
2. For jet aircraft and other aircraft with MTOM
exceeding 5700 kg left hand turn must not be initiated until
4.5 DME has been reached after departure RWY 19.
3. Normal procedure is right hand traffic circuit when
RWY 19 is in use
Low visibility procedures (LVP)
Low visibility procedures (LVP) established.
LVP will be in
force at latest when RVR falls below 550 m or when ceiling or
vertical visibility is below 200 ft.
The application of LVP will
be announced by ATS.
When LVP is applied vechicles or only one aircraft is allowed
in the manoeuvering area.
When LVP is applied ACFT shall report arrival at stand.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Downdraught may occur on final RWY 19 at wind directions
between 120°-170° and 220°-270° and wind speeds
exceeding 8 kt.
- Reduced separation applies to single-engine propeller
aircraft with MTOM 2000 kg or less (Categoty 1) in
accordance with AIP AD 1.1.
- Occasionally extensive military activity in the area requires extra attention.
Entry and exit to the flying Club and airport apron
This is done either via the airport's entrance and exit marked with "C" or via the clubhouse. To be able to get through the clubhouse, however, you must call someone in the club before who can come and open.

occasions the APU may be started not earlier than 15 min
before estimated time for taxiing.
If APUs are to be used earlier, there shall be agreement
between the airline and the airport.

If no suitable aerodrome is within reach;

2. Enter CTR GARDSBY – Holding EAST
or via KLINTA – Holding WEST at or
below 1600 ft AMSL to traffic circuit.

3. Flash LDG-lights and watch TWR for optical
signals.
