PPR:
Prior Permission (PPR)/Prior notice (PN) required for
operations mentioned below: 

NOTE
School and training flights:
PPR is required for VFR flights planning to carry out
repeated TGL,

When ÖSTGÖTA TMC is not in operation training flights
within ÖSTGÖTA TMA may be carried out only after prior
permission from the Supervisor at STOCKHOLM ACC,
PH: +46 (0)8 - 585 547 02.

Low visibility procedures (LVP) established
Minimum RVR for departing traffic is 400 m.

LVP will be in force when RVR is below 550 m or when
ceiling or vertical visibility is below 200 ft.

The application of LVP will be announced by ATS.

LVP area is the same as maneuvering area.
When LVP is applied only one aircraft at a time is allowed in
the maneuvering area.
No vehicles may simultaneously be in the maneuvering area.
When there are no aircraft in the maneuvering area,
an unlimited number of vehicles are allowed in the
maneuvering area.
 
Exception:
If the entire maneuvering area is visible from TWR,
an aircraft ready for TKOF and one vehicle carrying
out RWY control may simultaneously be located
within the maneuvering area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. During APCH RWY 09 there is a risk for confusion
and landing on Norrköping/Bråvalla AD RWY 06
west of the of town NORRKÖPING.

2. Reduced runway separation applies at the
aerodrome according to AD 1.1 para 10.

3. Exemptions from requirements in CS-ADR-DSN:
Obstacles on the obstacle limitation surfaces according to the
obstacle list.

LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
1. Availability
Departure or landing at the aerodrome is not allowed outside
ATS hours of operation, except for airportbased businesses
and visitors to these in accordance with local safety
regulations. For extended hours of operation, contact
aerodrome by telephone or e-mail.

3. Traffic circuit
Outside the aerodrome/ATS operational hours right hand
traffic circuit applies during take-off and landings to RWY 09
and RWY 29.

4. Restrictions TWY D
TWY D is intended only for aircraft with a wheel base width
such that 1.5 m clearance is achieved on each side of the
wheel base in accordance with CS ADR-DSN.D.240. 

5. Ground movements
During ground movements, outside the maneuvering area,
pilots shall transmit their intentions and monitor the tower
frequency.

6. Engine start – scheduled traffic
Scheduled traffic shall only start engines after agreement
with marshaller.
